European Customers Order Pce Powder Continuously

A European customer tested our PCE powder and got a good result. And then placed 2*40’FCL orders. When the first container arrived at destination port, a few pallets were found a little loose. After receiving customer’s feedback, we immediately organized the quality department and the logistics department analyze the reasons, put forward rectification measures, and how to avoid it next time. The customer was very satisfied. He said that few suppliers had such thoughtful and responsible service. He promised long-term cooperation with us in the future.
