Overcoming obstacles and optimizing processes - a successful cooperation case with a Thai customer

In March last year, we received an important order from Thailand. However, during the execution of the order, we encountered a series of challenges, including customer holiday celebrations, frequent absences of company managers, and delays in advance payments. In addition, due to the small order quantity, the factory has been unable to resolve the issue of applying for a dangerous package certificate (dangerous goods packaging certificate).

Our solutions to a series of problems are:

Enhanced communication: We have enhanced communication with customers to understand their holiday arrangements and management's schedule in order to adjust expectations and plans.
Flexible response: Faced with advance payment delays, we demonstrate flexibility, understand our customers' unique circumstances, and provide assistance wherever possible.

Active coordination: Regarding the issue of dangerous package certificates, we conducted multiple rounds of negotiations with the factory to emphasize the importance of customer orders and explore various possible solutions.

Transparent Updates: We ensure regular progress updates are provided to our clients, maintaining transparency to reduce uncertainty and worry.

After our unremitting efforts, we finally solved all related problems in July and successfully shipped the products to Thailand. Customers appreciate our problem-solving expertise and ongoing communication, and are satisfied with the final product quality and delivery efficiency.
