Polycarboxylate polymer powder  has good dispersion and fluidity for cement at low dosage; when the dosage is greater than 0.12% to 0.22%, the fluidity of the clean slurry has a very obvious increase; the fluidity loss of the clean slurry increases with the increase in 1 hour. Decreased with increasing dosage.


The results of the mortar water reduction rate and the results of the fluidity of the clean slurry have a corresponding relationship with each other. When the fluidity of the clean slurry is large, the water reduction rate of the mortar is also large. The water reduction rate increases rapidly with the increase of the dosage, and the water reduction rate increases rapidly. Higher; the concrete water-reducing rate of water-reducing agent is often inconsistent with the mortar water-reducing rate due to the influence of admixture and sand and gravel properties. When the properties of admixtures and sand and gravel are conducive to the fluidity of concrete, the water reduction rate of concrete is higher than the water reduction rate of mortar, otherwise it is lower than the water reduction rate of mortar.


The recommended dosage of High-range water reducing agent is: 0.1~0.3% of the cement dosage. PCE Powder -reducing agent is a powder with polycarboxylate as the main component. Its solid content is about 98%. The normal dosage is 0.1%-0.3%. When the general dosage is only 0.06%, it has 12 % water reduction rate and 23% strength increase, exceeding the effect of ordinary pumping agents. When the dosage is 0.1%, the performance exceeds the level of general naphthalene and pyrimidine superplasticizers. However, when the dosage is lower than 0.14%, the excellent working performance is not obvious. When the dosage reaches more than 0.20%, the working performance and pumping performance of concrete are improved to very excellent levels. When configuring high-grade, large-content fly ash/slag micro-powder concrete and concrete with special requirements, the content can be enlarged to 0.3%.
