However, there are many details to be controlled in the production process. For example, the suitable parameters for the spray drying process are the inlet air temperature of the drying chamber of 180~220 ℃, the feed liquid temperature of 20~40 ℃, and the solid content of the feed liquid of 20%~60%. The feeding time should not be too long, or it may react in advance, leading to a decline in product performance.
Even if each link is strictly controlled, the carbonyl group in the molecular structure of polycarboxylic acid water-reducing agent will still be partially decomposed during the drying process, and the macro-performance of the water-reducing agent will also be limited, but in a comprehensive view, under the strict control of the production process, it will not affect the performance of the final product.
