Silicone water repellent powder（SHP）
ES-S80 is an efficient powdered waterproofing additive specifically designed for cement-based products. When mixed with mortar and water is added, the waterproofing agent quickly disperses throughout the mortar system. Under the high alkalinity created by cement hydration, the hydrophilic groups released from silanes undergo hydrolysis, forming highly reactive silanol groups that continue to react and bond with the hydration products of the cement. This process aligns the hydrophobic groups outward, providing the mortar with exceptional waterproofing properties.

Product application
Silicone water repellent powder (SHP) is suitable for use in cement-based building materials that need water-repellent characteristics. This includes applications like waterproof mortar, plastering mortar, self-leveling mortar, caulking agents, finishing mortar, and thermal insulation mortar.
Usage methods
When utilizing the product, thoroughly mix it with dry mortar before adding water and stirring at a low speed. The recommended dosage varies based on specific applications, typically ranging from 0.1% to 0.5% of the total weight of the mortar. However, the actual amount should be adjusted and determined according to the particular conditions of use.
Packaging & Storage
Packaging: This product is packaged in paper-plastic composite bags, with each bag weighing 25kg.
Storage: It is advisable to store the product in a dry, well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight and rain, at temperatures between 2°C and 35°C. The shelf life is 12 months. If the product surpasses this shelf life, it should only be used after undergoing testing to ensure its suitability.
