At present, only PCE Powder can achieve the "high performance" mentioned here, so high-performance water reducers are generally polycarboxylic acid high-performance water reducers. As a new type of high-efficiency water reducer successfully developed and produced after naphthalene, melamine, aliphatic and aminosulfonate water reducers, polycarboxylic acid water reducers have been highly praised by researchers and some users from the beginning for their outstanding features, such as being able to produce ideal water reduction and strengthening effects at low dosage (solid dosage 0.15% to 0.25%), having little effect on concrete setting time, good slump retention, relatively good adaptability to cement and admixtures, having little effect on concrete shrinkage (referring to usually not excessively increasing shrinkage), not using formaldehyde and not discharging waste liquid during the production process, and having low SO42- and Cl- contents. 

However, on the other hand, polycarboxylic acid water reducers often show some unimaginable phenomena in actual engineering applications, which brings great difficulties to the application of polycarboxylic acid water reducers.

1. Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer Powder adjusts the water consumption or sand ratio through experiments according to the concrete design requirements to reach the required water reducer dosage of slump, strength and setting.

2. Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer Powder is applicable to high-performance concrete, high-strength concrete and high-flow concrete. When used for concrete higher than C50, raw materials shall be selected according to relevant technical specifications, appropriate mixing process shall be determined, and a certain amount of experimental data shall be obtained. Make the flow performance of the produced concrete meet the construction requirements, and the concrete strength should have a certain surplus coefficient.

3. Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer Powder can be mixed with mixing water into concrete at the same time, and the effect of mixing water into concrete is better.
