Redispersible polymer powder / VAE /RDP is produced by spray-drying special water based emulsion, mostly based on vinyl acetate and acrylic acid,dissolves in water easily and quickly for emulsion.
Widely used in construction material and binder as a adhesive agent which is designed to improve the workability, adhesion, flexibility, anti-permeability of the materials.

RDP powder product is water soluble redispersible powder, divided into ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer, with polyvinyl alcohol as a protective colloid, spray drying white powder adhesive.
VAE Chemical can be quickly dispersed into emulsion after contact with water, because of the RDP powder has high bonding capacity and unique properties, such as: water resistance, construction and heat insulation, therefore, their range of application is extremely wide.

VAE Chemical Package&Storage
1. The solid product can be packed in inner plastic bags, and further in polypropylene woven bags with each bag containing 25Kg.
2. This product is hygroscopic, so it is should be sealed and stored in a dry and cool place below 35°C.
3. The solid product should be prevented from scattering on the ground because the hygroscopic powder can cause slipperiness.
