PCE Powder has good dispersibility and flowability for cement at low dosage; When the dosage is greater than 0.12% to 0.22%, there is a very significant increase in the fluidity of the slurry; The loss of fluidity of the slurry within 1 hour decreases with the increase of the dosage.


There is a corresponding relationship between the results of mortar water reduction rate and the results of net slurry fluidity, with both high net slurry fluidity and high mortar water reduction rate; The water reduction rate increases rapidly with the increase of the dosage, and the water reduction rate is relatively high; The water reduction rate of concrete with water reducing agents is often inconsistent with the water reduction rate of mortar due to the influence of additives and sand and gravel properties. When the properties of admixtures and sand are beneficial to the fluidity of concrete, the water reduction rate of concrete is higher than that of mortar, and vice versa, it is lower than that of mortar.


The recommended dosage of water reducing agent is 0.1~0.3% of the cement dosage. Polycarboxylate ether superplasticizer is a powder mainly composed of polycarboxylates, with a solid content of about 98%. The normal dosage is 0.1% -0.3%. When the general dosage is only 0.06%, it has a water reducing rate of 12% and a strength increase of 23%, surpassing the effect of ordinary pumping agents. When the dosage is 0.1%, the performance exceeds the level of general naphthalene and pyrimidine high-efficiency water reducing agents. However, when the dosage is less than 0.14%, the excellent performance is not evident. When the dosage reaches above 0.20%, the working performance and pumping performance of concrete are improved to a very excellent level. When configuring high-grade, high content fly ash/slag micro powder concrete and concrete with special requirements, the dosage can be increased to 0.3%.
